Setting expectations honestly is cheaper than discovering them halfway through. Here is how Thrucible engages — read it before the call.

  • We are a Mr Wolfe consultancy. Short-term, tight-timeline projects are what we do best. If you have eight or more months to deliver, a more traditional consultancy is probably more suitable.
  • We deliver to deadlines, not timelines. If your delivery date is a guideline rather than a fixed schedule, a more traditional consultancy is probably the right call.
  • Indicative pricing. A project consultation is typically $3,000. Project costs depend on scope, but a three-month hardware-and-software event deliverable runs north of $20,000 in project costs, plus materials and equipment.
  • We are remote-first. We come on site only when needed — usually for final delivery and training. You are paying us to deliver, not to travel.
