Once the path is clear, you choose: bring us in to build the difficult slice ourselves; advise your team while they ship; or hand back with the artefacts and we walk away. No retainers we do not earn. No hours-padding.
Engagement length depends on the problem, not on what we want to bill. We do not pretend three weeks of work is a six-month programme.
Real AI features in real products. We help define the use case, draw the data and API boundaries, integrate models, design human escalation, instrument failure modes and ship something that survives a Tuesday afternoon in production.
